WARRANTY:
Our warranty is one of the best
in the business with head replacement for a full 12 months. In most cases,
the replacement head is shipped to you up front so we can get you back on
the road. This is an important difference between us and the competition,
who require you to return your head and wait. We even pay the shipping. We're
working WITH our customers not against them.
Your cylinder head will come with a small booklet that will give you some
tips to ensure proper installation. Please read this information before installing
your cylinder head, as it will aid you in getting your vehicle back on the
road.

SHIPPING:
We ship to the continental US only.
Orders are shipped UPS Ground at a flat rate of $20.00 A return label is included for the return of your old cylinder head. You use this label and the box your head came in to return your old head. It doesn't cost you anything extra. Depending on your location, delivery time ranges from 1-5 days.
If faster delivery is needed, you may choose 3rd Day Air ($30), 2nd Day Air ($50), or Next Day Air ($70). These rates are for most of our heads. However, a few models are unusually heavy and incur additional shipping charges. If this is the case, we will notify you before shipping.
Quoted delivery times are estimates from UPS and delays are beyond the seller's control once the order has been shipped.
Freight is not refundable for any reason, and orders cancelled after they are shipped are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
CORE CHARGE:
We do not charge you up front for the head core and there are no hidden charges attached to the condition of your old head - we simply expect to receive your old, complete cylinder head within 30 days. If we do not receive it, you will be charged.
